The edges of the respirator are designed to form a seal around the nose and mouth. MasCon® - Fully automatic N-95 Mask making machines with a production capacity of 50,000 masks per day, delivers mask weight ranging from 5 gms to 20 gms. The machine is designed with 6 unwinding stations to offer flexibility to produce a 3 to 5 ply mask suitable for 600mm diameter fabric rolls. Material sensing sensors are provided for closed-loop feedback system, All movements in the forming station are controlled by a 1.5 kW servo motor followed by a precision gearbox. This guarantees more capacity and faster cycle times with low electrical consumption per station and accurate sealing by ultrasonic technology."
